All UK orders are delivered free of charge by standard/express courier.  Orders will normally be dispatched the same day and will arrive within 2-3 days.

We are also pleased to offer free worldwide shipping for the HQR Card to UK, US, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Finland France, Germany, Hungary, Isle of Man, Ireland, Italy, Mexico,Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland countries by standard/express courier on all orders (Please confirm at checkout latest actual rates as shipping rates/services are constantly changing due to Covid-19 restrictions etc.). Delivery will usually be within 3-7 working days, depending on your location (Please excuse any recent shipping issues, a surge in demand/Covid-19 created some shipping difficulties, cards are normally despatched in 48 hours!). For other countries not listed please email [email protected] for current status as due to Covid-19 services to some countries have been restricted.

Your signature may be required on receipt.

For international orders please be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency if in doubt. We charge no tax or vat on any orders. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund.  Please see our refund policy for more information.
